The Students’ Bill of Rights addresses the education California students need to prepare them for a four-year state university, a living wage job and active participation in civic life. The Students' Bill of Rights served as the 2001 - 2002 theme for Teaching to Change LA and was also a proposed State Assembly Bill (AB – 2236) sponsored by Assemblymember Judy Chu.
