Evaluating what doesn't work in education

Deciding that 'no child should be left behind' is a nice ideal but to take this into practice has presented challenges that legislators did not anticipate. This is one of the starting points for the forum that the Center for Education Policy will be holding in Washington. During the meeting, the of a study by CEP reviewing the results of the 5 year old NCLB Act which aimed to ensure that by 2014 all the nation's students would reach academic standards in reading and math.
